Job summary

You will deliver exceptional service, handle cash accurately, maintain a balanced cash drawer, and assist with lobby flow while staying compliant with policies. Starting pay is $22.00 per hour with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 6–12 months teller experience or cash handling in a customer service role.
• Bilingual skills are highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional member service through welcoming greetings and friendly conversation.
• Process and document teller transactions accurately according to procedures.
• Identify negotiable items and verify member identifications.
• Address members' questions and concerns and offer solutions.
• Cross-sell products and services and refer to staff as needed.
• Assist lobby management to ensure timely member service.
