Job summary

Addison Group is seeking two temporary Member Data Verification Assistants to support a large-scale member database initiative. The role involves outbound calls to verify and update account information, data entry into CRM, and general administrative tasks in a collaborative office setting.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service and data entry skills, with attention to confidentiality and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or 1–2 years of professional customer service, administrative support, or data entry experience.
• Experience with CRM systems; Salesforce is a plus.
• Strong verbal communication skills with confidence making outbound calls.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when updating records.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Contact members by phone to verify and update account information.
• Accurately enter and maintain member data within the organization's CRM and internal systems.
• Follow established call guides, procedures, and documentation standards to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Deliver professional, courteous, and high-quality customer service during every interaction.
• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive personal information.
• Assist with mail processing, scanning, digital file management, and other administrative support duties.
• Respond to general member questions and provide accurate information regarding available services and resources.
• Support ongoing data cleanup and special projects while managing multiple priorities.
• Collaborate with team members to meet department goals and ensure continuity of daily operations.
• Participate in cross-training and assist with additional responsibilities as assigned.
