Job summary

Sam's Club in Willow Grove, PA is hiring a Customer Service Associate to assist members, process memberships and orders, and support safety and operations. You will help members choose products, resolve issues, and participate in events to meet membership goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and promoting Walmart/Sam's Club products.
• Process Memberships upgrades and credit accounts, and fulfill Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders.
• Ensure order accuracy, wrap and palletize items, and secure items for Members.
• Participate in safety procedures, safety sweeps, and reporting unsafe conditions to Management.
