Qualifications

• CPR and AED certification required within 60 days of employment.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or fitness sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop first-name relationships with members, answer questions, resolve concerns, connect members with resources.
• Help keep the gym clean, well-maintained, and safe for members and guests.
• Deliver an outstanding sales and service experience to all guests and members with a welcoming, informative, and inclusive environment.
• Assist with onboarding and ensure new members get connected to fitness offerings and feel they belong.
