Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is dedicated to helping our community live healthier and happier through fitness. This role focuses on welcoming new members and guiding them through the start of their fitness journey, building trust-based relationships and offering personalized solutions that support their overall fitness success.

You will be the first face they see when they enter, contributing to onboarding and creating an inclusive, motivating member experience that drives results.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or fitness sales.
• CPR and AED certification required within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Developing first-name relationships with members, answering questions, resolving concerns, and connecting members with resources.
• Help keep the gym clean, well-maintained, and safe for members and guests.
• Deliver an outstanding sales and service experience to all guests and members by providing a welcoming, informative, and inclusive visit that motivates next steps in fitness.
