This role emphasizes an outstanding onboarding experience, a friendly greeting at entry, and helping members connect with gym offerings while contributing to a positive community atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Developing first-name relationships with members, answering questions, resolving concerns, and directing them to the right resources.
• Help keep the gym clean, well-maintained, and safe for members and guests.
• Deliver an outstanding and well-rounded sales and service experience to all guests by ensuring a welcoming, informative and inclusive environment.
• Support onboarding experience to connect members with fitness offerings; be the first face they see when they walk in.
