Job summary

24 Hour Fitness in Vancouver, WA is seeking a Front Desk/ Membership Associate to welcome new members and guide them through the start of their fitness journey. You will build trust-based relationships by listening to goals and recommending personalized solutions to support overall fitness success.

Success comes from blending a passion for fitness with strong interpersonal skills to create a positive, motivating member experience and to drive participation in gym offerings and classes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or fitness sales.
• CPR and AED certification required within 60 days of employment.
• Strong service mindset and ability to deliver exceptional member experiences.

Responsibilities

• Developing first-name relationships with members, answering questions, resolving concerns, and directing members to resources.
• Help keep the gym clean, well-maintained, and safe for members and guests.
• Deliver an outstanding sales and service experience to all guests and members by providing a welcoming and informative experience.
• Support onboarding of new members to connect them with fitness offerings and programs.
