About the Job

Hammer & NAILS West LA is looking for a Sales Associate / Member Concierge. This role is sales‑oriented and compensated on an hourly basis with commissions based on sales.

The goal is to promote this role into the acting General Manager of this location.

Skills and Credentials

• Salon and/or gym front desk experience.
• Sales experience is a huge PLUS.
• Membership sales experience is even better.
• Scheduling appointments.
• Accurately book, change, and cancel client appointments.
• Computer proficiency.
• Maintain a clean, safe, fully stocked, and well‑organized work area.
• Manage inventory accurately.
• Properly open and close each day according to salon procedures.
