CommunityAmerica Credit Union is seeking a full-time Teller at the Blue Valley Branch in Overland Park, KS. You will be the friendly, frontline face helping Members with transactions and questions, delivering personalized guidance to support their financial goals.

The role requires at least a high school diploma and 2 years in customer service, preferably with financial or retail experience. Strong communication and confidentiality are essential as you learn new systems and work with Members

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience (financial or retail preferred); bachelor’s degree may substitute for experience
• Cash-handling skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to build rapport and respond thoughtfully to Member needs
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism
• Comfort with technology and a willingness to learn new systems
