Job summary

CommunityAmerica Credit Union is seeking a Teller to serve Members with welcoming, accurate financial transactions and guidance on products and services in Independence, MO. You will work as part of a collaborative team, handling routine cash handling and account duties while delivering a positive Member experience.

• Comfort with technology and a willingness to learn new systems

Requirements

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience (financial or retail preferred); bachelor’s degree may substitute for experience
• Cash-handling skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to build rapport and respond thoughtfully to Member needs
