Job summary

ORNL Federal Credit Union is seeking a Financial Service Officer Floater who travels to multiple branches providing excellent member service and offering a wide range of financial solutions including deposits, loans, IRAs, certificates, and other credit union products.

As a trusted advisor, you will build relationships, uncover opportunities to improve members' financial well‑being, ensure compliance, and support branch operations with accurate transactions and documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience
• Minimum 1 year of Lending experience preferred
• Minimum 1 year of financial services experience preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

• Provide high level, courteous service while building member relationships and guiding transactions.
• Assess borrowing needs and recommend loan products; explain approval terms and requirements.
• Assist with teller transactions and support branch operations with accuracy and efficiency.
• Review documentation for accuracy and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Protect member privacy and safeguard confidential information.
• Support branch initiatives and contribute to sales and service goals.
• Perform other duties as required.
