Job summary

OnPath Credit Union in Covington, LA seeks a Financial Advocate-Floater (Northshore) to deliver outstanding member service while traveling to branches within the region. You will assist members with transactions, assess financial needs, cross-sell accounts and loans, and promote credit union products.

A friendly, professional demeanor and up to 1 year of related experience are required; high school diploma or GED is needed.

Qualifications

• Up to 1 year of similar or related experience.
• Experience in a sales and/or customer service environment.
• High school education or GED.

Responsibilities

• Travels to any branch within the assigned region.
• Greet and assist every member with a friendly, positive, and professional demeanor.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and other transactions.
• Cross-sell products such as checking accounts, loans, credit cards, refinances, debt consolidation loans.
• Promote and explain loan and account options to members.
