Job summary

OnPath FCU is seeking a Financial Advocate Floater to support branch operations across the Northshore region. You will travel to different locations, greet members, and build relationships while promoting relevant financial products and services to improve members' financial well-being.

You will handle routine transactions, assist with deposits and loans, and refer opportunities to appropriate departments. A customer-centric attitude and sales drive are essential to succeed in this fast-paced

Qualifications

• High school education or GED is required.
• Experience in sales and/or customer service is preferred.
• Must be able to learn database software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Travel to branches within the region to assist members.
• Greet and assist members with a friendly demeanor.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments accurately.
• Cross-sell checking accounts, personal and auto loans, credit cards, refinances, debt consolidation loans.
• Promote products and provide financial solutions to members.
• Adhere to policies, procedures and security to protect member information.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
