Job summary

Insight Credit Union in Orlando seeks a Universal Representative to deliver exceptional member service while driving sales. The role supports teller transactions and account services, builds trusted relationships, and adapts to branch traffic.

Located at the Downtown Orlando Branch, 129 E. Gore St, Orlando, FL 32806, you will work 32–40 hours per week, Monday–Friday 8am–6pm and Saturday 9am–12pm, with training provided.

Qualifications

• One year to three years of similar or related experience.
• A high school education or GED.

Responsibilities

• Consistently produces a high volume of sales while servicing teller lines and platform.Seeks opportunities to improve members' financial lives by offering products.
• Delivers exceptional member service by ensuring timely responses and a warm, welcoming environment.
• Receives and processes deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments; balances cash drawer and daily transactions.
• Opens and closes safe deposit boxes; assists with branch opening/closing; handles various servicing requests.
