Job summary

AdelFi Credit Union seeks a Contact Center Representative I. You will support members' financial well-being by delivering clear, accurate help across consumer and business accounts in a call center environment with work-from-home flexibility.

You’ll protect trust, resolve issues, and connect members to the right banking solutions. Training is on-site in San Dimas, CA, with a transition to hybrid work after training, Mon–Fri, 7:30am–5:30pm (40 hrs/week).

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year customer service experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong communication and attention to detail; ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Complete account transactions, respond to questions, and resolve issues across multiple channels.
• Build relationships by identifying needs, educating members on products/services, and recommending appropriate options.
• Support sales and referral goals, including outbound relationship-building activities.
• Document interactions thoroughly and follow all policies, procedures, and security standards.
