Enara Health, Inc. is seeking a Guest Member Care Champion in the Chicago area to support our clinical operations and member journey.

You will work closely with physicians, clinical staff, and the acquisitions team to ensure smooth enrollment, accurate documentation, and timely follow-up with members. The role requires a compassionate, patient-focused approach, solid healthcare experience, and ability to coordinate across departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year related healthcare experience.
• Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Forms).
• Experience with EMR systems and mobile health apps.
• Must reside within commuting distance to Chicago, IL.

Responsabilités

• Check-in patients, greet members, record vitals, and coordinate with providers.
• Perform non-invasive measurements and basic diagnostic tasks per protocol.
• Schedule follow-ups, contact no-shows, and reschedule appointments.
• Assist with onboarding and verify member eligibility.
• Provide remote support to the acquisitions team for lead outreach and follow-up.
• Handle calls, voicemails, emails, and messages with empathy.
• Collaborate with departments to resolve member issues and improve care.
• Coordinate with billing partners to ensure prior authorization tasks are completed.
