Job summary

The Vitality Group in Little Rock, AR is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to deliver outstanding support by quickly processing and routing member submissions. You will handle inbound calls, provide phone assistance, and work toward first-call resolution while guiding members through the program and website.

Preferred candidates have a high school diploma, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused and responsive to inquiries.
• Basic understanding of health or wellness programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound member calls and provide over-the-phone support.
• Process and route submissions quickly and accurately.
• Aim for first-call resolution and prevent recurring issues.
• Educate customers on the Vitality program and website navigation.
• Document and communicate issues to appropriate teams.
• Track interactions and contribute to process improvements.
