Job summary

Yellowstone Club is seeking an Accounting Intern for the upcoming Winter season to provide accounting and clerical support within the Accounting department. The role is seasonal, November 2026 through April 2027, with a minimum of 20 hours per week in Bozeman, MT.

Responsibilities include maintaining accounting records, assisting in ad hoc accounting, completing budget projects, reconciling vendor statements, and entering financial transactions into the system.

Qualifications

• Pursuing degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures.
• Accuracy and attention to detail with an aptitude for numbers.

• Assist in Ad Hoc accounting.

Yellowstone Club’s Accounting department is currently seeking candidates for an Accounting Intern for the upcoming Winter season! Our Winter employment months are November 2026 - April 2027.

The purpose of the Accounting Intern is to provide accounting and clerical support to the Accounting department.

Responsibilities Include:

• Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records through paper and electronic systems.
• Assist in Ad Hoc accounting.
• Complete budget and finance projects as assigned.
• Reconcile vendor statements and outstanding accounts invoices in a timely manner.
• Enter financial transactions in the accounting system.

Position Requirements:

• Currently seeking a degree in business, finance, accounting or related field.
• Proven accounting experience and/or knowledge.
• Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures.
• Accuracy and attention to detail with an aptitude for numbers.

The position offered is a seasonal position or part-time seasonal with a minimum hour requirement of 20 hours per week and is located in Bozeman, MT.
