Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Automatic Call Distribution System (ACD).

Responsibilities

Answer service center calls and respond to members' questions across all communication channels.
Comprehend and review details of existing/historical data to provide necessary information.
Respond and resolve all member inquiries and requests on first contact.
Research and examine relevant information to assess validity of concerns and determine resolutions.
Manage difficult customer situations and solicit feedback to improve service.
Work as a team member to minimize customer hold time and reduce callbacks and escalations.
Handle highly confidential material and information with good judgment.
Perform other duties as required.
