Building Services 32BJ Benefit Funds is seeking a dedicated Member Services Representative to help participants navigate health, pension, and related benefits from our Flatiron District office. The role combines customer service, data entry, and problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

Under supervision, you will resolve eligibility issues, process benefits, and maintain accurate member records using Dynamics 365 CRM and OneView while upholding the Funds’ values of flexibility, initiative,

Qualifications

• High School diploma; some college preferred.
• Healthcare/employee benefits or customer service experience preferred.
• Fluent in multiple languages is a plus.
• Ability to work in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with eligibility and benefit information.
• Analyze data to resolve issues in real time.
• Use CRM and benefit systems to process requests.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Provide high-quality customer service via phone and email.
• Meet MSR quality and performance standards.
