In this role you will handle new accounts, fund consumer loans, and support business development through community events and referrals. Strong communication and time management are essential for success in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of financial institution experience in New Accounts, Sales and Consumer Loan origination.
• Knowledgeable in new accounts and lending policies and procedures.
• Solid knowledge of sales and referral technique a must.
• Working knowledge of personal computers also required.

Responsibilities

• Develops member relationships by providing high-quality sales and service to each member and identifies financial needs.
• Originate and fund consumer loans with proper documentation and follow-up.
• Develop existing and new member relationships through on-sites and community events.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and Credit Union policies; participate in staff development.
