Qualifications

• Willingness to engage in occasional outbound calling to reach members.

Responsibilities

• Identify member needs and recommend appropriate products; refer complex needs to specialists.
• Meet sales goals through needs-based conversations and proactive follow-up with members.
• Provide friendly, accurate service during routine branch transactions.
• Open new memberships and standard deposit accounts per policy and verification requirements.
• Support loan origination and servicing, including intake, disclosures, and system entry.
• Follow procedures, checklists, and scripts; escalate non-routine issues when needed.
• Educate members on digital banking tools and self-service options.
• Assist with lobby management and scheduling appointments with staff.
• Handle teller and platform functions accurately and in compliance with policies.
