Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience is required.
• Experience in financial services or sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify member needs and refer to appropriate products to strengthen relationships.
• Assist with routine branch transactions and account maintenance with accuracy.
• Open new memberships and basic deposit accounts per policies and verification requirements.
• Support consumer loan origination and servicing processes following established procedures.
• Educate members on digital banking tools and self-service options.
