Responsibilities

• Serves as primary contact with assigned customers focusing on retention and growth in profitability.
• Identifies business needs and sales opportunities bank-wide and promotes products and services.
• Obtains financial statements, tax returns, and other credit information and maintains electronic credit files.
• Works with the credit group on new credit requests and renewals.
• Manages portfolio and stays informed on condition; monitors market trends affecting credit quality.
• Partners with branch network to drive customer engagement and growth across product lines.
• Manages communications with customers related to credit and non-credit issues; reviews loan documents and maintains annual portfolio goals.
