Job summary

Magnifi Financial is seeking a Member Service Specialist to assist members in person, on the phone, and digitally. You will educate, recommend, and sell products, while handling routine transactions and supporting ATM operations with accuracy and courtesy.

You will also promote digital banking adoption, assist with opening/closing duties, and participate in community relations. Prior experience in customer service or sales is required, with high school diploma or equivalent as a baseline.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; two-year degree preferred.
• Customer service and/or sales experience required.
• Notary Public designation is optional.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with routine transactions and respond to requests with expertise: resolve issues and educate on products.
• Consult with members to identify Magnifi Financial products based on financial needs and refer to appropriate departments.
• Maintain cash drawer, cash recycler and ATM operations; handle deposits and restocking as needed.
• Promote and help adoption of digital banking solutions (mobile and online).
• Support opening/closing duties and participate in community relations as needed.
