Magnifi Financial Credit Union in Little Falls, MN is seeking a Member Services professional who will consult with members in person, by phone, and through digital channels. You will educate, recommend, and sell products and services while handling daily transactions and maintaining a courteous, accurate experience.

Responsibilities include assisting members with transactions, managing cash drawers and ATMs, enabling mobile and digital banking, and encouraging adoption of digital solutions.

Qualificações

• High school diploma required; two-year degree preferred.
• 6 months experience in a financial institution required.
• Customer service and/or sales experience required.
• Notary Public designation in this position is optional.

Responsabilidades

• Assists members with all transactions.
• Creates a remarkable member experience by responding and providing resolutions to member requests with expertise.
• Consults with members to identify and recommend Magnifi Financial products and services based on financial need. Makes referrals to appropriate departments.
• Maintains cash drawer, cash recycler and the day-to-day operation of ATM machines (deposit and restocking of ATM).
• Performs account services including setting up mobile deposit, mobile banking and digital banking, credit and debit card activation, and transfers.
• Troubleshoots and helps solve member issues.
• Initiates wires within approval limits.
• Processes new account applications for basic consumer accounts.
• Encourages adoption of digital solutions (mobile/digital banking, ATMs).
• Performs opening/closing duties for the branch.
• Contributes to branch success and community relations efforts.
