Magnifi Financial is hiring a full-time Banking Consultant to assist members in person, by phone, and via digital channels. You will educate, recommend, and sell financial products while handling transactions and managing ATM operations.

The role emphasizes delivering a remarkable member experience, enabling digital adoption, and solving issues across channels. Prior financial experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in a financial institution is preferred.
• Strong customer service and sales skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with all transactions and provide resolutions.
• Maintain cash drawer, cash recycler, and ATM day-to-day operations.
• Educate and sell Magnifi Financial products and digital solutions.
• Open and/or close the branch as needed.
• Refer customers to appropriate departments and assist with account services.
