Job summary

A financial services institution in Houston is seeking a Financial Service Representative (FSR) II to provide excellent service to its members. Responsibilities include processing transactions, offering appropriate financial solutions, and maintaining positive relationships. Candidates are expected to demonstrate accountability and uphold compliance with regulations. This is a full-time position with potential for extended hours.

Qualifications

• Ability to maintain significant levels of diplomacy, trust, and normal courtesy and tact.
• Perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion and occasional lifting of up to 5 lbs.
• Must be able to routinely perform work on a computer for an average of 6-8 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Greet members with a friendly smile as they enter.
• Process member transactions including deposits and withdrawals.
• Identify members' financial needs and recommend solutions.

High school education or GED

Credit Union or Banking experience: 2 years
