Job summary

Travis Credit Union is seeking a Financial Service Representative to be the face of the credit union, delivering professional advice and handling cash and non-cash transactions. You will develop long-term member relationships and promote value-added membership benefits in a multi-faceted role.

Successful FSRs are people who love helping others, with a willingness to travel to multiple locations and work Saturdays as needed.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops long term relationships with members through meaningful financial conversations.
• Delivers accurate, prompt, efficient, and courteous cash and non-cash transaction services.
• Assists Branch Management in preparing coin/cash and paperwork for shipments and deliveries.
• Engages in community events that provide financial education and literacy opportunities.
