Job summary

Magnifi Financial seeks a full-time Member Service Representative to assist members in person, by phone, and online. You will educate, recommend, and sell products and services, and perform daily transactions with accuracy and courtesy.

The role emphasizes digital solutions adoption, cash handling, ATM operations, and branch support, with opportunities for training, development and advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or currently pursuing a high school diploma required, two-year degree preferred.
• Customer service and/or sales experience required.
• Notary Public designation in this position is optional.

Responsibilities

• Assists members with all routine transactions.
• Responds to member requests with expertise to provide resolutions.
• Consults with members to identify and recommend Magnifi Financial products and services.
• Maintains cash drawer, cash recycler and day-to-day ATM operation.
• Performs account services including mobile and digital banking, card activations, transfers, loans funding, and more.
• Encourages adoption of digital solutions (mobile/digital banking, ATMs).
• May perform opening and/or closing duties for the branch.
• Contributes to branch success and community relations.
