In the Member Assist – Cart Attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot which includes helping members with their purchases, ensuring there are carts ready and available, and assisting members in loading their vehicles. You will also support creating a great member experience. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go. Rain or shine, sleet or snow, our members count on you.

What you’ll do:

• Ensure club pick‑up orders are filled by contacting members if pickup time is delayed or items are unavailable
• Maintain safety of facility by conducting safety sweeps and reporting unsafe situations
• Provide member service by acknowledging members, assisting with purchasing decisions, processing purchases, and promoting company products and services
• Assist members with transporting items and maintaining parking lot cleanliness
• Collaborate with managers, co‑workers, and customers to determine priorities and improve processes
