Position Summary

We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression.

In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot, providing carts that are ready and available, and helping members load their vehicles. You will also assist members throughout the store to create a great experience. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go, rain or shine. Our members count on you.

What You’ll Do

• Ensure club pick‑up orders are filled, contacting members when pickup time is delayed or items are unavailable, and offering alternative products.
• Maintain safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps and reporting unsafe situations to facility management.
• Provide member service by acknowledging members, assisting with purchasing decisions, processing purchases, and handling payments according to company policies.
• Locate and organize merchandise, zone designated areas, and maintain cart and flatbed availability.
• Assist members with transporting items and using cart retrieval equipment.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and standards of ethics and integrity.
• Use data and resources to prioritize work, communicate progress, recommend improvement opportunities, and adapt to change.

Hourly wage range: $17.00 to $25.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may be paid in premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
