• Help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression.
• Ensure the parking lot is well‑kept and carts are ready and available for members.
• Assist members in loading their vehicles and support creating a great member experience.
• Stand for long periods of time while assisting members quickly and accurately; continuously on your feet and on the go.
• Conduct safety sweeps, correct unsafe situations, and report to facility management.
• Resolve member issues and concerns and promote the company’s products and services.
• Maintain clean, neat, and member‑ready areas.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, thanking, and answering members’ questions.

Employment type: Part‑time. Seniority level: Entry level.

Base pay: $16.00–$23.00 per hour. Premiums may be offered.
