Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience with a financial institution or similar customer service role. Bachelor’s degree may substitute.
• Strong math and cash handling proficiency; ability to balance cash drawer.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome members with excellent service.
• Identify ways to improve members’ financial life and explain products.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, checks, loan payments, transfers and related transactions.
• Verify deposits, withdrawals, and balances; maintain confidentiality.
• Balance cash drawer and maintain accurate teller records.
• Assist with servicing ATM, night drop, coin machine and CDM.
