You will handle deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and transfers while promoting Suncoast products to meet member needs.

The role emphasizes confidentiality, accuracy, and building lasting relationships with members, with incentive raises tied to competency and learning key skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience with a financial institution or similar customer service role; degree may substitute for experience.
• General math proficiency to balance cash drawer, audit own work, and reconcile accounts.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome members to the branch, delivering excellent member service.
• Identify opportunities to improve members’ financial lives.
• Present Suncoast Credit Union products and services to meet members' needs.
• Provide answers to member questions and resolve issues.
• Balance cash drawer and conduct teller transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loans).
• Assess membership eligibility and open deposit accounts.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services, benefits, and policies.
