Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience with a financial institution or customer service role.
• Good math proficiency to balance cash drawer and reconcile accounts.
• Strong written and verbal communication and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome members with excellent service.
• Present and advise members on Suncoast products and services.
• Perform teller transactions: deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments and more.
• Verify deposits and withdrawals and maintain cash drawer accuracy.
• Balance cash drawer at end of day and maintain records.
• Open deposit accounts and handle basic account changes.
• Maintain product knowledge and comply with policies.
