Local Credit Union is seeking a Member Advocate I to warmly welcome and assist members, helping them reach their financial goals. You will manage transactions, explain digital tools, and open basic accounts, all while delivering exceptional service.

You will build relationships, understand members' goals, and collaborate with a supportive team focused on community impact and growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Comfort with computers and eagerness to learn new systems.
• Cash handling or banking experience is a plus (not required).
• Bilingual applicants strongly encouraged to apply.
