Job summary

Des Moines Community Credit Union is seeking a Member Advocate I to warmly welcome members, help them reach financial goals, and guide them through basic transactions and digital tools.

As part of a supportive branch team, you’ll educate members on products, assist with account openings, and perform outreach to strengthen relationships while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service to credit union members.
• Demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfort with computers and willingness to learn new banking systems.
• Cash handling or banking experience is a plus but not required.
• Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.
