Job summary

TRUE Community Credit Union is seeking a part-time Member Advisor at our Grass Lake Branch to help members navigate financial decisions, open deposit accounts, and assist with loan applications while delivering a trusted, friendly experience. You will support members with transactions, promote products and services, and learn secure processes to protect member information.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of banking, retail, cash handling, customer service, sales, or related experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort using technology and learning new systems.

Responsibilities

TRUE Community Credit Union is looking for a part-time Member Advisor to join our team at our Grass Lake Branch location. If you enjoy helping people, building relationships, and making a positive impact every day, we'd love to meet you.

As a Member Advisor, you'll help members navigate financial decisions, celebrate milestones, and find solutions that support their goals. Every interaction is an opportunity to build trust and create a positive experience.

Pay & Benefits

• $17.00-$18.50 per hour

Schedule

Up to 26-29 hours per week, including:

• Monday through Friday shifts beginning as early as 8:00 a.m. and ending around 5:15 p.m.
• 2 to 3 Saturdays per month from 8:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m.
