Job summary

TRUE Community Credit Union is seeking a part-time Member Advisor at our Brooklyn Branch. You’ll help members navigate financial decisions, open and maintain deposit accounts, and support consumer loan applications with a friendly, trust-building approach.

This role offers pay of $17.00–$18.50 per hour, plus benefits including PTO, 12 paid holidays, 401(k) with company match, a pension plan, gym and tuition reimbursement, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of banking, retail, cash handling, customer service, sales, or related experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort using technology and learning new systems.

• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Open and maintain deposit accounts
• Assist members with consumer loan applications
• Recommend products and services that support members’ financial goals

Pay & Benefits

Schedule

Up to 26-29 hours per week, including:

• Monday through Friday shifts beginning as early as 8:00 a.m. and ending around 5:15 p.m.
• 2 to 3 Saturdays per month from 8:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m.
