Job summary

TRUE Community Credit Union is seeking a part-time Member Advisor at our Grass Lake Branch. You will help members navigate financial decisions, open and maintain deposit accounts, and assist with loan applications, all while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of banking, retail, cash handling, customer service, sales, or related experience preferred.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort using technology and learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to members.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Open and maintain deposit accounts.
• Assist members with consumer loan applications.
• Recommend products and services that support members' financial goals.

As a Member Advisor, you'll help members navigate financial decisions, celebrate milestones, and find solutions that support their goals. Pay & Benefits

• $17.00-$18.50 per hour

Schedule

Up To 26-29 Hours Per Week, Including

• Monday through Friday shifts beginning as early as 8:00 a.m. and ending around 5:15 p.m.
• 2 to 3 Saturdays per month from 8:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m.
