Job summary

TRUE Community Credit Union's Parma Branch is seeking a full-time Member Advisor to help members navigate financial decisions and build trust. You will deliver friendly service, process transactions, open accounts, and assist with consumer loans while guiding members to suitable products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of banking, retail, cash handling, customer service, sales, or related experience preferred.

TRUE Community Credit Union is looking for a full‑time Member Advisor to join our team at our Parma Branch location. If you enjoy helping people, building relationships, and making a positive impact every day, we'd love to meet you.

As a Member Advisor, you'll help members navigate financial decisions, celebrate milestones, and find solutions that support their goals. Every interaction is an opportunity to build trust and create a positive experience.

Schedule

Up to 40 hours per week, including:

• Monday through Friday shifts beginning as early as 8:00 a.m. and ending around 5:15 p.m.
• 2 to 3 Saturdays per month from 8:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m.
