First Alliance Credit Union on 37th Street invites you to join as a Member Account Advisor. You’ll greet members, open accounts, assist with loans, and help them reach their financial goals in a friendly, professional branch setting.

The role emphasizes warm, member-focused service, teamwork, and accurate, compliant transactions, with training provided and opportunities to grow within the credit union. Starting pay is $21.66/hour, full-time, non-exempt.

Starting Pay: $21.66/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Full-time, Non-Exempt

Certified Spanish or Somali proficiency may qualify for additional pay.

What You’ll Do

As a Member Account Advisor, you'll be the welcoming face of First Alliance Credit Union in our 37th Street branch - helping members open accounts, access loans, and reach their financial goals. Your ability to serve members ensures everyone feels seen, supported, and valued.
