Job summary

Capstone Search Advisors is seeking an experienced Melt Shop Manager to oversee day-to-day operations in a heavy manufacturing environment. You will lead and mentor a production team on the shop floor, ensuring safe, efficient, and productive melt shop performance.

Responsibilities include coordinating with maintenance, quality, and engineering, driving continuous improvement, reducing downtime, and maintaining adherence to company standards.
