The role oversees the project lifecycle from inception to closure, guiding strategic vision and portfolio outcomes while mentoring Project Managers and building a robust leadership pipeline. The incumbent will influence financial performance and risk across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Experience: 10+ years of experience leading mega-projects or complex portfolios within the Energy or large-scale infrastructure sectors.
• Strategic Acumen: Translate complex business challenges into clear, actionable, sustainable project strategies.
• People Leadership: Lead and develop a team of Project Managers with coaching, feedback and development actions.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio-Level Outcomes: balance resources, risks, and performance across the portfolio to drive value.
• Strategic Execution: define long-term project strategies and proactivity handle market, technical, and customer challenges.
• Complex Problem-Solving: act as escalation point for cross-functional bottlenecks and optimize solutions.
• Stakeholder Influence: align diverse internal/external stakeholders toward the long-term vision.
• Customer Ownership: maintain executive relationships to drive portfolio issue resolution and execution.
• People Leadership: mentor Project Managers, provide priorities, performance feedback, and development planning.
