Job summary

Meta is seeking an experienced Area Program Delivery Director to lead the DEC team delivering a mega AI-enabled data center campus in the United States. The role oversees onsite staff and external partners, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, cost control, and high uptime.

You will drive strategic direction, build strong relationships with vendors, and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence across the datacenter construction stack.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in project planning and construction management.
• Experience with a variety of construction contract delivery methods used in US/EMEA.
• Experience with design and deployment of technical electrical and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic vision for the project and site team, interfacing with internal and external teams to achieve cross-program goals.
• Own and uphold Meta Infra Data Centers and DEC values, fostering partnership and growth.
• Maintain visibility across multiple teams and external partners across project areas.
• Provide coaching and input to assure predictable delivery and project success.
• Coordinate stakeholder requirements for early turnover of phases within the program schedule.
• Maintain productive owner/vendor relationships with GC, Cabling Partners, Consultants, and Trade Partners.
• Set clear expectations for partnerships to optimize value for Meta and foster long-term relationships.
• Build and lead a core on-site team and develop matrix staff.
• Support growth and development of matrix on-site staff; manage contingent workforce.
