Job summary

Socket.dev seeks a driven Data Center Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of a large-scale AI data center campus. You will oversee the full construction lifecycle from pre-construction to turnover, ensuring schedule, budget, quality, and safety targets are met.

The role requires hands-on experience delivering mission-critical facilities and collaboration with ownership, design, commissioning, and operations teams to deliver a world-class AI facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive project management experience in commercial construction.
• Experience managing datacenter or mission-critical facilities is preferred.
• Experience with design-build, CM-at-Risk or GMP on fast-track projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end construction management for large-scale AI data center campuses.
• Develop CPM schedules and track progress with subcontractors.
• Manage budget, change orders, and earned value reporting.
• Coordinate with owners, design teams, operations, and commissioning.
