Job summary

Meta seeks an experienced Construction Manager to lead delivery of large-scale data center construction projects powering Meta's global infrastructure. You will provide senior oversight across all phases from site prep to commissioning, driving schedule, cost, quality and safety across multi-hundred-million-dollar builds.

Roles demand deep mission-critical facility experience, ability to shape standards, and lead large matrixed teams.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large-scale data center or mission-critical facilities.
• Experience managing projects >$200M total construction value.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems in high-availability environments.
• Ability to drive schedules, cost, quality and safety outcomes.
• Familiarity with design-build or at-risk procurement models.
• Experience integrating AI tools to optimize workflows and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of large-scale data center construction projects exceeding $200M.
• Own construction execution strategy across site preparation to commissioning.
• Drive schedule, cost, quality, and safety across multi-project programs.
• Define and implement construction management standards and delivery frameworks.
• Oversee matrixed teams including GC and major subs.
