Job summary

Meta is seeking an Area Program Delivery Director to lead the Data Center Engineering & Construction Team on a mega AI enabling campus. You will guide onsite and partner teams, set strategy, and ensure safe, high-quality delivery across cost and schedule KPIs.

As a senior leader, you will manage the vendor ecosystem, recruit and develop staff, negotiate contracts, and drive performance in a matrix organization with a focus on safety, reliability and rapid construction progress for a flagship

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in project planning and construction management.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Experience with US/EMEA construction contract delivery methods.
• Experience with design and deployment of technical electrical and mechanical systems.
• Experience managing direct employees, contractors, subcontractors, and vendor relationships.
• Experience with greenfield site development and ground-up construction.
• Experience with building codes and health and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic vision for the project and site team; interface with internal and external teams.
• Own Meta Infra Data Centers and DEC values; foster partnership and growth.
• Maintain visibility across multiple teams and external partners.
• Provide coaching and input to assure predictable delivery and project success.
• Coordinate stakeholder requirements for early turnover of project phases.
• Negotiate contracts and change orders with contractors and vendors.
• Manage onsite staff recruitment and development; contingency workforce planning.
• Monitor KPI adherence and financial status; ensure safe operations.
