Job summary

Meta is seeking an experienced Area Program Delivery Director to join our Data Center Engineering & Construction Team. The role leads a large onsite team and external partners to deliver a mega AI enabling infrastructure campus with safety, quality and cost control at its core.

You will manage cross‑functional relations with facilities operations, edge network services, and vendors, drive KPI performance, and shape delivery strategy in a fast‑moving, safety‑focused environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in project planning and construction management.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience with US/EMEA contract methods and design/deployment of technical systems.
• Experience managing direct employees, contractors, and vendor relationships.
• Experience with greenfield site development and strong safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic vision for project and site teams and align cross‑program goals.
• Own and drive partnerships with owners, GC and vendors for value delivery.
• Maintain visibility across multiple teams and ensure KPI accountability.
• Coach and develop onsite matrix staff; plan contingent workforce.
• Negotiate contracts and change orders with contractors and partners.
• Monitor delivery progress and financial status; ensure safe operations.
• Build strong cross‑functional relationships and foster a safety‑focused culture.
• Lead recruitment and development of a core onsite team.
